Products purchased directly from TDEN are sold “as is”. In no event shall TDEN’s liability to any customer or visitor to this website exceed the purchase price of any products purchased by that individual from this website.

All products purchased directly from TDEN are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise specified. If you do not like the product for any reason return it to us within 30 days of the postmark date on the mailer and we will issue a refund. Products must be returned in their original new condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return postage for the item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a defective item is received, TDEN will have the option of either replacing the defective item at our expense or refunding the amount paid including any shipping and handling charges and state sales tax if applicable. You must notify us within 10 days of the postmark date on the mailer if an item is received defective.

Items purchased from third parties that we may link to are subject to the payment and return policies of the third party.

No part of TDEN’s digital products may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means except as stated below.

You may make one copy of each digital product you purchase as a backup for your own personal use.

TDEN operates under the legal jurisdiction of the State of Florida and charges a 6% sales tax on all items sold in that State.

Requests for a refund for digital products that have been downloaded must state that all copies of the product have been destroyed. The request may be sent via regular mail to the above address or via email to admin@tden.com.
